Tarrarian Plight is an intricate story of political intrigue, loyalties, magic, love, lust, cultural differences and people fighting for their lives. The crisis plummets the characters into chaos, disrupting their otherwise serene lives. Tensions build as characters meet their fate, leaving the reader wondering who will survive. Tarrarian Empire, an island nation on the fantasy world of Laserfica, created by adapting much that is not politically correct, and setting a political environment I coined Royal Clanocracy. From that came a simple concept of a clan going renegade, with the chief intending to take control of three remote colonies, declaring himself King. That evolved into what’s presented here; a story that takes the reader into the Tarrarian culture, involving them with the characters trying to survive the deadly crisis, as dragons destroy war galleys, assassins murder mages, clan armies battle the imperial legions, nobles advance their positions, and foreign nations take advantage of the internal struggle of these complicated sensual people. The story is in two parts, and though two maps have been created, the characters are not on a quest. In addition to the full work and maps, a cast of characters with descriptions, details and pronunciation guides is available, as well as sorted lists for the mages, ship crewmembers and foreign nationals.
